1 Online appraisal


Email appraisal for a SINGLE item from uploaded photos/description you provide.  This appraisal is for “restricted” use–can only be by yourself and NOT for insurance, or IRS, etc.


We will review your items once you have filled out the form, uploaded photos and we have received payment.  All appraising or review will begin after this. If we determine an in-person appraisal is necessary, we will apply the cost on the online appraisal toward that.

Need an in-person appraisal?

We make house calls.  Our appraisers will work with your schedule and determine the scope of work required for your appraisal.  We carefully examine and photograph each item, gather pertinent information, and answer any questions you may have. Once we are back in our office, we will review the high-resolution photos and begin our research.  This may include getting information about past auctions, contacting galleries or experts, researching within global databases such as the Getty Research Institute, or the Art Loss Registry.  All our reports are delivered within the agreed upon timeline.  We also offer express services for our clients with more immediate needs.
